I took my Ford Explorer in because of a recall. Tim McKnight was my advisor and he was great! I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. Tim kept me updated on the progress and when the work was completed he called me and they delivered my vehicle and picked up the loaner. Great customer service! From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.
