I have been at this dealership since March 2004, when it was Huggins Honda and now Norm Reeves Honda. I started in the sales department and moved to the service department in 2014. I have always taken care of my customers like family.

My service advisor was wonderful. Unfortunately $4 was taken from my console. Either by the person that changed oil or vacuumed the car. We’ve had a mixed bag of experiences here, probably not unlike at many other dealerships. Finance takes a long time even when you’re pre approved and the sales staff has done all of their work. My car was returned to me damaged and filthy.
