Instead, I wasn't listened to, told nothing was wrong with my car (this wasn't the first time, ask about the time I came in and asked about the weights on my tire), and told by Shannon that I 'cause problems every time I come in.' I'm still having issues with my car. I just want to identify what is causing them, fix them, and pay for it ?? that's all I ever need when I come in. Again, listen to my problem and don't rush me along, let's identify the issue, and let's fix the issue without insulting me. That should be the absolute bare minimum.
