Shannon is great but the shop is awful. They lie about things you car need. Example they wrote up my car needed both filters totaling $100 are so but the cabinet filter had just been replac They lie about things you car need. Example they wrote up my car needed both filters totaling $100 are so but the cabinet filter had just been replaced less than 30 days from service date. Either they didn’t really check it or they just make up things. Every time I get an oil change I get the tires rotated every time they touch my tires. The tire pressure light start coming on, but it wasn’t doing this before every time. I have to return my car for them to check the tires again I’ll leave the shop before I can make it to the red light. The tire pressure light comes on. This has happened every single time they have serviced my car. This is unacceptable. The service people are great, but the shop is awful and that’s what really matters is what’s being done to your car when it’s behind that glass. More
