This had to be the worst experience at a dealership that we have ever been to . We drove several hours to look at a Dodge Ram 1500, we were paying in full, in cash. The manager told us we HAD to pay for a ELO plan, We did not want or NEED this plan, it was 1695 !! NONE of this was disclosed before we drove there. The advertised price is not what she told us at the dealership, but would honor it because we were paying in cash ( WHAT) , As far as their inspection process , it's terrible as well, this truck had been at this dealership more than 2 months, and it didn't even have the jack that goes with it , or other items in case you had a flat, if you are desperate enough to buy from here, please check these items ! Glad we made the decision to leave !! More
