I bought my new Silverado back in March and just took it yesterday for its first service. It was 2:15 on a Saturday and I called and talked to Johnny to see if they could get me in for an oil change and tir yesterday for its first service. It was 2:15 on a Saturday and I called and talked to Johnny to see if they could get me in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since they close at 4 I was doubtful, but he told me to be there before 3 and they could take care of me. Sure enough I got there and it only took about 30 minutes. Tommy Sikes who sold me the truck came out and kept me company while I waited. I have had an all around great experience with this dealership. Thanks guys. More

I can not begin to describe the true feelings I have right now, what I can say is how amazing this company truly is. I brought my vehicle in due to having 2 recalls and during the couple of days that th right now, what I can say is how amazing this company truly is. My world was turned upside down and when we got the call for the vehicle being done, I had no way of getting to it. I let them know the situation and immediately they understood and offered to bring me the vehicle knowing I do not live in right down the street or even in town and that meant the world to me and my family. The service coordinator let us know that we can come In when we are ready. Their customer service went beyond what I expected and allowed me to know there are still good people in this world. I’m so glad that we bought our vehicle from them, will always keep that in mind when moving towards any other vehicles as well. More
