In summary, why go anywhere else? When Charles informs us the vehicle is ready, we take him at his word! By the way, even the tire pressure is correct when I checked…it’s details like this that confirm the shop is excellent.

When the “free” 18 point inspection was performed, your technician did not reinstall the air filter correctly. The outer gasket was doubled over. Fortunately I decided to replace the air filter and change the oil the next day. So no consequence. Also broke two of the push grommets that hold the fresh air intake down to the radiator support in an attempt to replace the air filter hold down clamp.
