We brought a brand new 2023 Honda Accord was told if anything goes wrong with it they’ll fix it for free, scuff liner in the front. something happened to it and they said it needed to be replaced. They charge us over $300 to repair it. also since we were there, I asked them if we could get an oil change but they told me that it. still had 20% life left. So we needed to wait till it was at 15% if not they would charge us for it so now I have to wait till it goes down to at least 15% But as usual they say it’s the Honda computer that will not allow them to change my oil at 20% so A I controls everything and I must obey. They are in charge not the people, as one German would say you will obey and you would like it. More

GUNN Honda had a good selection of cars to choose from. The sales rep approached us and did not pressure us into anything. Answered all of my questions, but the entire process was not perfect. I explained that darker tint on back windows was important to me and sales rep assured me that they could make it darker and sold me on the tint add-on. At the scheduled appointment, they said only did one percentage of tint could go all around the vehicle. Anything they promise, make sure you know specifics and have it in writing. Everything else was okay. More
