Kaleb is amazing! He made the whole car buying process better than any other experience we have had by far just a 10/10 guy to work with. The dealership is laid out kind of wonky reason for the 4 stars, but I understand why. Apple Maps took us through the back lot which was open when we went in and then both exits were closed when we tried to go to the front which was frustrating but it is what it is. Overall we got a CPO vehicle with low miles at a decent price which is so rare at a dealership these days. These guys worked with us and were overall straightforward. I would do it all over again. Thank you Kaleb!

I cannot say enough amazing things specifically about this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and multiple times in between lol)- I have been taken advantage of in the past by salespeople- NOT him. He is a true family man and you can actually trust he will treat you as he would his wife or children and have your best interest at heart. He was more than patient enough with me throughout the car buying process (I am not the easiest cookie by this point in life lol) and I got an amazing deal thanks to him. He is extremely hands on and involved even AFTER completing the sale- and I had a false alarm w my car only a week after getting it and couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED with his continued care and customer service (answering and helping me after hours on the wknd!!), and this compliment extends to the service dept in the dealership as well. Donna was my first point of contact for that and she was really on the ball getting things set up to be checked out asap and accommodations made. Nick, the service advisor, could not be more courteous, helpful, and efficient. I feel so good knowing my car will be under his care when needed in the future!! I honestly didn't know what I could expect from a dealership service dept so that was a wonderful surprise. I can happily report that it was an accessory I had placed on my Kia Soul that caused the engine not to start (a safety feature), hate the drama that ensued to figure that out :P, but can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision to make such a large purchase with Kia Alcoa bc I know how I will be treated if any issues DO arise!! Greg has continued to follow up with me since I got my car back. The customer service at this specific location is just outstanding. My car is amazing and so much fun to drive, but that much more great having the security I feel thanks to the dealership I got it from! Most people can't say that with certainty after just the first week of buying their car hehe but I can! Thanks so much again Greg for helping me make the best decision!!!!

From someone who has bought about a dozen autos in their lifetime, I can truly say that the team I worked with at Toyota Of Cool Springs in June of 2025 is probably my favorite ever. My wife and I had been thinking about a new RAV4, and after the negotiations were made on the vehicle we were buying and a trade-in value on our Camry was settled on, our new RAV4 XLE was delivered as scheduled the following day, with 4 miles on the odometer. I couldn’t be happier with how Jim, Viktor, Eric, and Danny worked with me over the course of two days. The folks at Toyota Of Cool Springs know how to make things run smoothly, and this was the second time I’ve bought a new car here, so I can truly say they have earned my respect and repeat business. Their service department is also top-notch and gets the maintenance done quickly and to a high standard. Buying a new car can be very stressful. There are is a lot of information to take in, and a lot of things to look at concerning financing, price, available discounts, etc. Grayson Hyundai is top tier when it comes to helping through that process. One of the things that stood out immediately, is that they didn't try to hide available rebates, but in fact, worked very hard to ensure we received every benefit available. They answered my questions, (which were many), and responded very quickly to texts and emails. We do not live in the same city, so a lot of our communication was electronic. Issues that popped up (as they nearly always do with a car purchase), were handled with patience and care. Our car is very nice, and the purchase experience overall was very low stress and without ANY sales pressure. I highly recommend Grayson Hyundai. The team of Darko, Seth, and Zach are exemplary, and you can have confidence that they will help you get what you are after. We are very appreciative.
