Not pushy! Tim was very pleasant and professional from start to finish. Extremely patient and soft spoken. I usually have the urge to leave 5 minutes after talking to a salesman, was very at ease with him. Secured a very luxurious BMW X5 from King Richard's and the customer service, knowledge and helpfulness Luis and Jose provided was something rarely seen when buying a car. Both of these guys went above and beyond and were incredibly nice. Even now, 2 weeks after the purchase, Jose the finance guy, helped me with my autopay and some loan questions. Plus, he's funny as xxxx. And Luis is informative without being pushy and applying pressure - something no one wants to feel in a car lot. I recommend this dealership to anyone when searching for a car. Thanks guys.

Requested service to do a Pre Vehicle Perchance Car Inspection on a vehicle purchased elsewhere. The definition of a PPCI is: (A shop or dealer offering a pre purchase car inspection will provide the potential buyer with a detailed assessment of the car covering cosmetic, mechanical, and safety conditions as well as the condition of the electronics, complete with a portfolio of photos of any visible problem areas). They not only DON'T check over the entire vehicle, but rather only the areas of concern as if you yourself was to know what to look for. Unfortunately, the vehicle in question was an already purchased Nissan and needed an immediate inspection as proof of issues to require the sales venue to repair at their cost so I agreed. I later retrieved the vehicle to pay now $172 as they even tacked on shop supplies to the invoice. What supplies on an inspection and half @#& one at that? They quated over $1200 for parking brake shoes, over $5k for a new rear end. NEVER EVER will I visit let alone purchase a vehicle from them...... EVER!

I was ther on Friday 3-29-24 to look at a 2024 Volkswagon Atlas Cross Sport. I wanted the white one, and was told it was in transit. So they had a metallic silver. My salesperson was Dennis Holley. Both Dennis and the Business Manager James were excellent, they were honest and respectful and very professional. We were not able to do the deal on the purchase on 3-29. I did get frustrated the next morning and decided to wait until I saw the white Atlas which is due to be arriving in 3 weeks. They did call me on 3-30 morning to grant me what I had offered for the Silver Metallic. I changed my mind mostly because of the color. I'm hoping to see the white Atlas when it arrives and hopefully we can make the same deal. Again I just wanted to thank James and Dennis for their customer service and professionalism. I highly reccomend Scott's Volkswagon.

5 Stars is not enough. Joe is an Allstar. From my first telephone contact, I knew that I was talking to an honest gentleman. I talked about a 2018 Corvette that he had on his showroom floor. Joe was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns about the car and about purchasing it site unseen as the car was in Rhode Island and I am in New Jersey. Joe immediately sent me pics from his cell phone and followed up with a call. Joe without asking told me that the price listed was recently discounted over $1,500.00. He gave his word that the pics were accurate and gave me a history on the car. As a businessman I felt that he was sincere and decided to move forward to purchase it. Joe sent me a credit application and I received a follow up call from his lender immediately . I was approved within an hour at a great low rate. The paperwork went smooth and Joe arranged for shipping from a great auto transporter at a great price. The car arrived two days later and it is BEAUTIFUL. I have never seen a two year old car in better condition. Showroom fresh. Thank You Joe, Thank You Everyone at Simon Auto for a wonderful experience.

I Bought My Truck In Sept. 2016, They Did Not Stand Behind The Warranty. Had The Items Checked That They Claimed Were Fixed before I Bought It, They Lied. I Wish I Would Have Checked It Out A Little Better Before I Bought It. It Looked Very Good When I Test Drove, But Even Within The First Thirty Days I Had Issues, They Would Not Fix It For Me.
