Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review when I purchased the vehicle. After the sale, communication completely stopped. I’ve called numerous times just to get basic answers, and most of the time nobody responds or returns calls. I recently visited the dealership on a Saturday to request some documents. I was told I needed to come back Monday through Friday, which is understandable. However, the staff were rude and unhelpful. What makes it more frustrating is that when they were selling me the car, they were happy to process everything on a weekend. But when I needed assistance after the sale, the level of service was completely different. Once they have your money, getting support becomes extremely difficult. Based on my experience, customer service after the sale is very disappointing. More

I am back here again. My lease was coming to an end, David had called me and I went back and seen him again. Out with the old Kona and into my new Kona!!!!! Love it. Dave had the patience to go over everything more then once, I'm not tech Savvy. But I did learn how to use my iPhone to unlock my Kona and start it up without a key. Amazing, David your the best! I was referred to Grieco Hyundai as I have been looking for a vehicle since mine had been totaled. I was having an issue as my credit needed help. I went in and met with David. We sat down for about 15 min for a vehicle since mine had been totaled. I was having an issue as my credit needed help. I went in and met with David. We sat down for about 15 minutes discussing what I was trying to do and what has been going on with my credit. Most of the places I had gone to had asked me if I had anyone that can help me with the loan. Unfortunately I do not. To make a long story short, David and the Finance gentleman worked and got me approved. Cannot believe I am actually driving my own vehicle. No more Uber or lyft for me.
