I’ve called numerous times just to get basic answers, and most of the time nobody responds or returns calls. I recently visited the dealership on a Saturday to request some documents. I was told I needed to come back Monday through Friday, which is understandable. However, the staff were rude and unhelpful. What makes it more frustrating is that when they were selling me the car, they were happy to process everything on a weekend. But when I needed assistance after the sale, the level of service was completely different. Once they have your money, getting support becomes extremely difficult. Based on my experience, customer service after the sale is very disappointing. More

From the second I walked into the dealership Alex was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. His interactions with me were as if he was talking to a friend or family member. I never felt pressured extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. His interactions with me were as if he was talking to a friend or family member. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or move forward with a vehicle. He was so helpful in finding me the car that fit my family's needs and I couldn't be happier with my 2024 Palisade.
