Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review when I purchased the vehicle. After the sale, communication completely stopped. I’ve called numerous times just to get basic answers, and most of the time nobody responds or returns calls. I recently visited the dealership on a Saturday to request some documents. I was told I needed to come back Monday through Friday, which is understandable. However, the staff were rude and unhelpful. What makes it more frustrating is that when they were selling me the car, they were happy to process everything on a weekend. But when I needed assistance after the sale, the level of service was completely different. Once they have your money, getting support becomes extremely difficult. Based on my experience, customer service after the sale is very disappointing. More

We purchased a 2024, leftover but new Santa Fe on 8-11-25 from Grieco Hyundai in Johnston, RI. • Experienced front brake vibration, chip in the paint on front left door and blind spot cameras wo 8-11-25 from Grieco Hyundai in Johnston, RI. • Experienced front brake vibration, chip in the paint on front left door and blind spot cameras working intermittently. • When we called for service and demanded a loaner we were told we had to wait until 8-29-25 for a loaner to be available. • Into garage 8-29-25. Several updates for diagnosing, ordering parts and waiting for parts. We were told there were recall issues as well and we won’t get the car back until late next week or early the next. Recalls known on a brand new car? Might get the car back 9-22-25 maybe? This is totally unacceptable considering that his was a brand new car. Had 76 miles on it. We’ve had the loaner longer than our car. We are requesting a full buy back with the total loan being paid. We put down over $23k We have yet to hear back from the dealership. In my 45 years of purchasing cars I’ve never had such a nightmare experience like this. I will never buy another car from these guys. There have lousy customer service once they sell you the car.
