Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review when I purchased the vehicle. After the sale, communication completely stopped. I’ve called numerous tim I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review when I purchased the vehicle. After the sale, communication completely stopped. I’ve called numerous times just to get basic answers, and most of the time nobody responds or returns calls. I recently visited the dealership on a Saturday to request some documents. I was told I needed to come back Monday through Friday, which is understandable. However, the staff were rude and unhelpful. What makes it more frustrating is that when they were selling me the car, they were happy to process everything on a weekend. But when I needed assistance after the sale, the level of service was completely different. Once they have your money, getting support becomes extremely difficult. Based on my experience, customer service after the sale is very disappointing. More
