I was greeted very soon after arriving. He got me checked in and reviewed what service I needed and what was recommended. Told me how long it would take as I would be waiting for the car. The car was ready when he said it would. The waiting area is clean with a good variety of snacks. The only disappointing thing is the coffee. I have been to dealers with good quality coffee machines that offer a variety of coffee/tea drinks.

Stanley is my all time favorite Ferrari Service professional since working with two different authorized dealers over the last 10 years. He’s incredibly patient, responsive and professional and puts the customer first. He even communicates promptly on weekends. Last but not least, he’s extremely knowledgeable about the cars and will even suggest when I can make a repair myself. Obviously, Ferrari service is expensive but when you have people like Stanley assisting you, it’s worth the investment.

Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. I’m really not a review customer but felt you needed honest feedback that Parks Chevrolet Huntersville got it right. You all have earned my loyalty. Nigel was very good at explaining the details of the online coupon--especially the small print which advises of additional charges. Nigel was very professional and empathetic to my point of view as he explained everything and advised me to review the scheduled maintenance in my owner's manual. I appreciate that--he is a good guy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the online coupon could be done better. From a customer's stand point the small print is like the practice known as "hidden fees."---but that is not his fault at all. Thanks Nigel for your part you gave 5 star service. Tell Mo that I really appreciate him too.
