Our experience was started with a truck repair at a sister dealership. RM GMC was repairing my Canyon truck and found too many electrical issues for me to be comfortable continuing to drive it so I tra sister dealership. Experience was so good overall we returned and bought a used certified vehicle from this dealership 10 days later! More

I was having an issue with headlight alignment on my Subaru Outback. Service Advisor Aaron Forness listened to my concern and had my car quickly scheduled to be evaluated. The technician was able to qui Subaru Outback. Service Advisor Aaron Forness listened to my concern and had my car quickly scheduled to be evaluated. The technician was able to quickly determine that there was an error in the headlight adjustment and set the lights to the correct position. I believe the issue has been resolved satisfactorily. I appreciate the staff at Randy Marion for addressing my issue quickly and professionally. More

This is a great dealer for service. I’m always out faster than I anticipated. I’m impressed with the video of my vehicle and take the advice of my service advisor. Always kind and caring customer service. They were willing to take me in for an oil change right away instead of make an appointment for me. I was pretty surprised that I did not need to wait. They even offered me a ride so it would not interrupt my schedule, if I let them do the work then and there. Very thorough. Made sure to give me paperwork showing what my service included also. More
