Mark in the service center is awesome. I would not have my Subaru Ascent serviced anywhere else as long as he is there. We purchased a new Subaru Outback from this dealership in 2011. Always had it serviced and repaired at this dealership. The service department has treated us well, especially Mark Wilburn. Anna Sbarro reached out during one of our service visits regarding a possible trade of our Outback and has been very courteous/helpful. Five star customer service. We met Josh Toler while looking for a vehicle and dealt with him during the purchase of a used vehicle. Josh spent ample time letting us try out the car and having it checked out by a third party mechanic. Also very courteous/helpful. Five star customer service. Mark, Anna and Josh are excellent representatives of Randy Marion Subaru! Travis Philbrook made a very poor impression. Would not buy another vehicle from this dealership if he were involved in any way. More
