I always have efficient service and am well informed. Staff all friendly! The people who work at Randy Marion Subaru are a true example to follow, thanks to their excellent service and customer care. Other dealerships should take them all on to teach them how to work and how to treat people properly; and I am not exaggerating. I live in Winston-Salem, NC, yet I drive all the way to Mooresville, NC a trip of one hour and ten minutes solely for the exceptional treatment and service I receive there. Everyone says "good morning" or "good afternoon" and is very friendly, I look around and see that all customers receive the same courteous and respectful treatment. Thank you to the entire staff for this. More

We are traveling needed an oil change and tire rotation…. took us right in with no appointments and was out in an hour! Even gave me discount being a loyalty member!
