Firstly, a huge thank you to Felicia for arranging for Patrick to pick me up when my car broke down. Her prompt action ensured I wasn't stranded and could get to my important event on time. Patrick was fantastic, arriving quickly and helping me get to my destination. Once at the dealership, Heidi in the service department was exceptionally helpful and kind. She ensured everything was checked out thoroughly and assured me all was well. The level of care and dedication from Felicia, Patrick, and Heidi turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I live out of town and I don’t mind driving to Asheville for vehicle services. The whole exchange is comfortable from check in to check out. The waiting room is filled with yummy snacks, an impressive coff for vehicle services. The whole exchange is comfortable from check in to check out.
