My previous lease was ending, and Jennifer laid out the different options available to me, including keeping my current CRV, upgrading to an electric car, or getting something less expensive but still a good ride. I ended up leasing a brand new Honda HRV Sport. What an easy and pleasant experience was working with Jennifer. I didn't feel like I was pushed or felt rushed into getting something I didn't want.
