Still ZERO stars! ! Bought a car that couldn’t be driven for 9 weeks due to them selling a car for which they did not have an accurate title. After submitting my firs ! After submitting my first review, I received an email from the Assistant General Manager of Carbone stating he would review the situation, and I should reach out to him. Sent an email the following morning. Two weeks later, have followed up by email…and called the dealership to speak with him. CRICKETS! I have only dealt with one competent person, Michele, at Subaru of Utica. Thank goodness for Michele! More

After my 60,000 mile checkup the car vibrated while idling at 750 rpm. It took 3 return trips to service address the issue. All spark plugs were changed and a software module was updated.
