DARCARS Lexus of Mt. Kisco

This has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve had. I purchased a new vehicle over a month ago and am still waiting for my registration and tag. I contacted the third-party age experiences I’ve had. I purchased a new vehicle over a month ago and am still waiting for my registration and tag. I contacted the third-party agency that handles their out-of-state registrations, and at the time of my call, they had not received any paperwork from the dealership. Meanwhile, my salesperson, Sudy, has not responded to my calls or messages, and the new car sales manager, Mike, has also been unresponsive. Although he assured me the issue would be resolved by Monday, March 30th and that he would follow up, I have yet to hear back. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that similar issues have affected other customers. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this dealership. I plan to share my experience on DealerRater and escalate the matter to corporate. More
