Went in for 1. 5 year service. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I'm not sure about the new video inspection. Sound quality was not great due to sho 5 year service. The service is stellar. I will say that my new car started making noise around the 4,000 mile mark (I currently have less than 7k on the car) and the service department ha I will say that my new car started making noise around the 4,000 mile mark (I currently have less than 7k on the car) and the service department has credited that to the cheap/defective tires that came with my Premium model WRX and that I will need to replace them to make the problem go away. I wouldn’t have expected my new car to come with defective tires and they be a problem I have to live with or pay to make go away but…such is life. I will say state again..the customer service is as professional and accommodating as it gets. just wish the tires were not a me problem. I might trade the car in for a new one with tires that don’t create vibrations and noise like a bad bearing. More
