We went there without an appointment looking for a used 2023 CX-5 and Austin was very helpful and showed us the options. The car I liked had a deposit at the moment so we had to wait and see whether it would be purchased. Austin kept us updated on the status of car and answered all our questions. The person who left the deposit went with a bigger car so we went back for a test drive. Austin wasn't there and we were helped by Richard. Again, we didn't make an appointment (not very responsible) and just drove there unannounced. Austin had a day off so Richard showed us the car and I had a test-drive. The paperwork didn't take long at all. Everything was explained - deposit, rates, fees, monthly payments. We scheduled the car pick-up because I need to sort out my insurance since it was Labor day and our agent wasn't responding. At the pick-up day we went earlier and Richard and Austin made sure we can finish all the paper signing as soon as possible even though there were other customers. Everything went well and now I have the car I really wanted. It was such a nice experience. Highly recommend Bright Bay Mazda! More
