Even though I live in East Hanover, NJ I went to Robbinsville to purchase a new Dodge RAM 1500 (limited). I was greeted at the door by Junior Rodrguez. He was friendly knowledgeable and not at all pushy or rude like the salespeople in East Hanover. The whole experience was just exceptional. I told junior what I wanted in my new truck and he came back with several options, and we settled on one that I just loved. His patience and willingness to work with was quite amazing. In the interest of keeping this review short, I purchased the truck, AND Junior delivered the new truck to my house the very next day. GREAT work Junior, you're an asset to your dealership. I bought a certified preowned 2022 Chevy Equinox Premier from salesman Bill Mann at Schumacher Chevrolet and couldn't be happier. Bill did not pressure me, and he spent a long time with me searching the inventory for the right car. I ended up looking at numerous other cars at competing dealerships and ended up going back to Schumacher and Bill Mann after all was said and done to buy the vehicle I originally looked at there. After an experience with another local dealer that left me feeling ignored I decided to give Winner Ford a shot. The person that set up the appointment over the phone was great and left me feeling confident that this was going to be a good experience. The service advisor, Joe Noverati, at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill is excellent. There was some confusion when I was having a fleet vehicle serviced and he handled it like an absolute pro. I felt like I was informed of exactly what stage the service was at the every step of the way. He was friendly and great to talk to even when we were stuck in limbo with the fleet company. I have worked with motorcycle dealership fixed operations all over the country for 20 years, I know how tough these situations can be. Joe is an asset to the Winner service department and I won't hesitate to use them for all of my service needs in the future. Thanks Joe!

I went to a few other dealerships before going to Route 4 Auto Exchange, and everywhere else, I had to walk around the lot by myself until someone finally decided I might be worth their time - or they were so pushy that I left. Later we found it was missing a DVD remote and floor mat. They found them and shipped them directly to us. After dealing with so many problems with OEM Dealers it was very refreshing to find a used car dealer that is so professional.
