It’s been over 3 months since I purchased a car for my daughter. Had to get it detailed as they failed to. Had to use the extended warranty because it was leaking oil and coolant. The warranty was trash and covered 1/3 of the coats. Have not received the plates or registration as the dealership cannot produce the title.so I’m paying for a car my daughter cannot drive. I bought a 2014 BMW X3 from INFINITI of Englewood in December 2022. The sales manager and finance team lied about the warranty, promising me a “Platinum bumper-to-bumper” plan from Quality Guard Plus — December 2022. The sales manager and finance team lied about the warranty, promising me a “Platinum bumper-to-bumper” plan from Quality Guard Plus — the same one they said they use on their own cars. I trusted them and paid over $5,000 for it. Later I discovered they actually sold me a lower-tier Deluxe Plan with limited coverage — something they never disclosed. When problems started in 2025, the warranty covered almost nothing, leaving me with major repair bills. Because of this dishonesty, I ended up selling the car at a loss. Now I’ve been trying for over a month to contact the dealership for a warranty cancellation and refund, but no one answers my calls or emails. All I’m asking is for someone from INFINITI of Englewood to call or email me back to resolve this. More

Fast forward to today, August 2—and my son STILL doesn’t have his permanent plates. He’s been issued two temporary tags, the last of which expired on July 27, and now they’re saying they can’t give him a third one. He hasn’t been able to legally drive the car he paid for in full! To make it worse, Kareem even sent him an email saying the plates were ready—only for my son to show up and be told he couldn’t get them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Totally unprofessional experience from start to finish. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! More

To get even better, my old car that was treated still had to be paid in full by this dealership . it's has been over a month with no solution yet. The bank that I had a financial my old car keeps calling me for payment. I had to put a stop payment and pay fee to my bak in order to stop the payment from being withdrawn from my bank account due to the lack of irresponsibility of this dealership. This situation, it's been going on between me. The salesman and the financial team since I purchased the car on March 15, 2024, are overwhelming me because I never felt behind payment on my car payments. They kept returning my car during the holiday season . They told me twice it was nothing wrong with my car the first time they said they rebooted my system, the second time it was the transmission actuato They told me twice it was nothing wrong with my car the first time they said they rebooted my system, the second time it was the transmission actuator after I had to test drive the car with the mechanic.. they kept trying to tell me my car was good. Long story short they ended up replacing my transmission.. but they installed it with a defective transfer case, they broke the bracket then forced it back on, to add insult to injury the didn’t even top off my transmission fluid…. I found all of this out when my car broke down exactly 45 days later.!!!!!!!! I will never recommend or use this dealership again… not even if they were giving away free cars!!!!! More

Furthermore, she kept referring to the extended warranty we were talked into purchasing through Infiniti as a third party warranty, when only Infiniti can file claims through it. It is specifically for Infiniti Service. To make matters worse, the manager I was transferred to speak with, did acknowledge the employee's shortcomings, but did not even offer a complementary evaluation or any special accommodation to make up for the lack of professionalism in their customer service or for their lack of knowledge. I do not recommend this facility. They are in the service industry and service was not provided. Rude. More
