I have never ever, had such a smooth buying experience. Drew and Cesar worked diligently in the hours prior to my appointment to make it as easy as possible. I was literally in and out in approximately 20 mins, driving my new vehicle home. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. When I inspected the car, it looked perfect to me. There is the tiniest, microscopic chip in my windshield, which they already arranged for safelight to repair for me, at my home or office. You cannot get more convenient than that. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. My sister works at a car dealership, and she was blown away at how smooth the process of buying this vehicle was for me. More

I still feel like I could have gotten a slightly better deal, but was happy to see that they didn't try any underhanded tactics to screw me over, which we all have heard stories of car dealers doing. I was further impressed with their transparency; even showing me pictures of a scuff that the car had gotten a while ago sitting in the lot. They had refinished it to look brand new so I would have never known that it was even damaged in the first place if they didn't tell me. The staff I worked with were all very friendly and really let me take the lead in the process. Overall very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Schumacher Chevrolet of Livingston. More
