It was a good experience until getting my vehicle home. Upon pulling my $40k truck into my garage I noticed what appeared to be a film on my truck. I rubbed my hand over the truck and to my surprise, there was over spray covering the ENTIRE vehicle. And some very bad body work on the rear of the truck that wasn’t noticeable in the sunlight. The LED lights in my garage showed it all off.. NOW I don’t know about you, but I never run my hands over a freshly cleaned vehicle - it’s bad for the paint!! Upon calling the dealer and speaking to my salesmen, I was told that they’re a “used car facilitator” NOT A DEALER. And unable to mediate something like this. Something like this should’ve been taken care of before a sale. I was under the impression when I chose to do business with this facilitator, they were above typical dealership practices. Nope. You sign, they want nothing to do with you. Now this establishment will not remove this overspray from my vehicle and am left to fit the expense of having it clay barred to correct the paint. Consider running your hands all over their cars before purchasing. Not happy and would not recommend. Edit: sub-par response that the vehicles are sold as-is. Again.. how often does anyone run their hand across a freshly cleaned car? Hmm?? No one. I suggest running your hands over every single car in this lot before you even consider test driving anything. A Better slogan for this buy here pay here style facilitator as my “facilitator “ Hali said, is signed and screwed. Not happy at all to be paying even more out of pocket on a truck i put a sizable down payment on to have my paint corrected. I honestly wish I took my business elsewhere. More
