From the start, he stood out as an atypical salesman—he wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell me, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. He made it happen! What impressed me most was his honesty—if he didn’t know something, he admitted it instead of guessing, which built a lot of trust. While there were a few hiccups with the registration and plating process, Omar kept me updated every step of the way, which made things much smoother overall. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the spring to buy another vehicle. Highly recommend working with Omar! Plus the dealership itself inside makes it super comfortable.

I had an appointment to look at a truck, and I live 4hrs away, out of state. The evening before my appointment, they called to let me know a deposit had been placed on the truck we were interested in. Other dealers may have let me come all that way, and said "Oh well, we have plenty of other trucks to show you, etc, etc". This dealership had the courtesy to let us know, and save us a long drive. That simple courtesy would definitely lead me to choose this dealership for future purchases! So rare in today's world. All other communication was also prompt, friendly and efficient. 🙂

I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! My husband grew up in the area and he and his family have always purchased their cars from Lamoureaux. Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone that we dealt with through the entire process made us feel extremely comfortable and treated us like family. We will never go anywhere else!

Almost every time I have gone in for a service, I’m there forever even for an oil change, we’re talking HOURS. Today went for an oil change and a quote for a fog light out. An hour and half after my appointment they came out saying the issue wasn’t the bulb either the socket of wiring. $180 to diagnostic fee.. said diagnostic is an hour… completely xx. The waiting wasted an entire day, kept saying an hour an hour. Finally after waiting for 4 hours I said I was leaving having someone pick me up. It wasn’t ready until almost 7 hours later!! Then we get the look at the vehicle and clip for the bumper was clearly broken… this is not the 1st time having a repair done here and it not being done correctly after having the vehicle all day. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

I had a very good experience workiing with Johnson Ford of Pittsfield when buying a new 2024 Bronco. They were very easy to work with. My salesperson was Stephen and he was awesome in finding the right Bronco for me. The sales managment team were awesome as well. At the end of the process there was an issue with my out of state drivers license, so we had to go to the Registry of Motor Vehicles to process in person. Even though it was past closing time for the dealer, they went with me to assure it would go through and i drove my new Bronco home that day. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new car/truck/Bronco to go and meet the team at Johnson Ford. Thanks for the very smooth process!!
