I was completely unsatisfied with the service experience. My Vehicle was picked up for a recall which they had a record of. I was told they needed my vehicle for the day and was promised I’d have it back My Vehicle was picked up for a recall which they had a record of. I was told they needed my vehicle for the day and was promised I’d have it back at the end of day I waited until 4:45 after hearing nothing and could not reach anyone In service After leaving several messages I reached a salesman who told me service was closed for the night at 5:00 I was beside myself I needed my car to care for an elderly parent I am completely disgusted in the care the service department took to handle the service I was promised! I received a call at 7:00 am with a young woman apologizing that it was her fault she should have called to tell me they were keeping my vehicle She stated the service man was looking at it now and will have it for me soon! I stated I am on my way I have work and need my car She called back 15 minutes later stating they don’t have the parts they will need to keep my vehicle today So they had my vehicle from 8 am until 5 pm the previous day and never even looked at it. I lost an entire days pay and had to uber to my commitment that evening! I picked up my vehicle the following morning at 8 am Watertown Ford did nothing to remedy my recall it is disgraceful the way they treat customers Completely unacceptable and not one phone call from anyone to remedy. More
