I purchased a truck from them and appreciated their low pressure sales mindset and especially their commitment to not having backend fees attached to the purchase price. Their doc fee is one of the lowest in the area. Our sales associate, Mike Wildeman did a great job and was helpful on every level. We had a minor issue after the sale and Mike and the entire team were quick and professional in the resolve. I have been buying cars for many years and this was one of the better experiences I’ve ever had. I would refer others to Mike and the company without hesitation.

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them (the first was a 2017 Kia Sportage back in 2020) And this time I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my Kia, which made the process feel straightforward and stress-free. The staff is always great to work with, and they were quick and easy to address and fix a few small issues we noticed with the truck. A big shoutout to Anthony Reutlinger, who worked with me for about a month before I ever stepped foot back on the lot. Since I live about 45 minutes away, he made sure to make the process as easy as possible and minimize unnecessary travel. He consistently sent me options, stayed in touch, and ultimately helped his team find the right truck for exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported through the whole process. Luxury & Imports has earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time for another vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

He was very accommodating and very proffessional.He helped us set up alot of the features in our Lexus RX 350.Which was very nice of him.Everyone that we came in contact with was very very nice as well. Everyone there made us feel very special.Not just another customer! There was a gentleman there that I think was Vy's boss,general manager maybe that was very nice as well.Him and Vy made us feel extreemely comfortable to the point that you all just gained 2 new customers for life!! We will never shop for another Lexus anywhere BUT Lexus of Wichita!!

The salesman that helped me was Mike Mull. I can honestly say it was the best auto buying experience I have ever had! Mike was attentive, kind and respectful and to be honest a good Christian man! 2 of my kids made the trip and when we got home late that night my son said he really liked our new friend!
