Unfortunately Travelers Insurance Company was very difficult to deal with in getting my Lexus repaired and it took 6 weeks to get their approval on all items to be repaired or replaced. Angela Pacheco difficult to deal with in getting my Lexus repaired and it took 6 weeks to get their approval on all items to be repaired or replaced. Angela Pacheco was the best advocate I could have asked to monitor and resolve all the issues. She had help from the Service Manager, but it was Angela who hung in there and dealt with such a difficult and uncooperative insurance adjuster. I wanted Lexus to repair the vehicle because I knew the car would be repaired correctly and I could be confident in driving it once it was returned. I brought car in for 58,000 check. They changed oil & rotated tires. My tires were around 28 psi but I thought when they rotated they would put air to required 32/33 psi which is on do They changed oil & rotated tires. Also they never removed sticker on dash saying next appt 58,000. Called about it & she said they r ok if light is not on. I feel as though they should have added some air…did they even rotate? Don’t trust Walser & have heard it repeatedly from friends who have Lexus & Mercedes also. More
