Incompetent, Unresponsive, and the Worst BMW Experience I've Ever Had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have previously purchased and leased two BMW 750s, so I know exactly what outstanding BMW I've Ever Had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have previously purchased and leased two BMW 750s, so I know exactly what outstanding BMW customer service is supposed to look like. The team at this Wichita dealership is an absolute disgrace to the brand. I purchased a six-figure 2026 BMW X6 M60i from out of state. Our salesperson, Kenny, delivered the vehicle with only ONE key fob and no digital key setup card, making it completely impossible to set up the digital key features on our phones. When I reached out to Kenny to fix this, his incredibly lazy response was to tell me to go spend my own money to buy a second key at my local dealership in Colorado. It gets exponentially worse. Kenny completely failed to send us our temporary registration or any of the original ownership documents. Because of this massive oversight, we cannot legally drive our brand-new car, AND our local dealership cannot even order the missing key for us because Wichita failed to provide the proof of ownership required to do so. We are entirely stuck with a car we can't properly use. When you try to get a problem resolved here, the management team conveniently ghosts you. General Manager John completely ignores direct emails and voicemails. If you try calling their sales department, the phone just rings—no one even bothers to answer the phone during business hours. Ironically, I received significantly more help from the general BMW 1-800 corporate hotline than I did from the people who actually took my money. Once this dealership makes the sale, you are completely dead to them. They will leave you stranded without the legal paperwork required to drive your own vehicle. Do yourself a massive favor and buy your BMW literally anywhere else. More

Christian Answered all of my questions, was upfront about cost and what would and would not be covered under warranty. Was not pushy or trying to up sell but let me know everything that needed to be done, i cost and what would and would not be covered under warranty. I was honestly not thrilled to have to go to a dealership for the recall bc I figured I would get bombarded with the stereotypical car salesman full court press to do more diagnostics or even buy a new car. However, was pleasantly surprised and would recommend and personally shop in the future with this dealership. Christian was very friendly and knowledgeable and a huge asset to this dealership! More

I’ve been diagnosed with agoraphobia so past experience at car dealerships have been some of the worst I’ve experienced. Kenny was incredibly kind and accommodating and when I had a minor service problem, at car dealerships have been some of the worst I’ve experienced. You would think that getting service at a dealership that is 120 miles from home would be a hassle to have your BMW serviced and inspected??? They offered a loaner so we could enjoy Wichita for the day and go shopping and eating out while the car was getting the attention it needed. They texted a live inspection and explained what needed immediate service and items we might need to do in the near future. We could authorize the repairs without having to sit in the dealership. They take great care of their customers! 100! More
