By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. My sales rep Darin Lee was so easy to work with, he made every interaction stress free. I was visiting family in Salina when the back hatch of my Lincoln would not open. I went to Long McArthur Ford at 2pm and they had my car fixed in under an hour. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable!! I Lincoln would not open. I went to Long McArthur Ford at 2pm and they had my car fixed in under an hour. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable!! It was very stressful to be 8 hours away from home and have your vehicle malfunction, but they made the repair quick and treated us with respect. I definitely would recommend Long McArthur for all your vehicle needs. More

Don't expect Long McArthur to honor a national incentive of 0%apr and even if you have excellent credit they will come back with a high 6.99 interest rate making you contact your own bank in front of them f of 0%apr and even if you have excellent credit they will come back with a high 6.99 interest rate making you contact your own bank in front of them for a fair rate. BUT, when you find a better rate, they will all of a sudden be able to get one close so someone in a oversized suit jacket can get his cut. Do your own work first or bring a lunch. This will NOT be quick. Sales agent Cameron Heart was nice to deal with and will do what he can. I honestly don't know the guy but if you're gonna buy a vehicle, go through Cameron and youll see a good person surrounded by snakes. More
