I live in Florida but was in Kansas when my GV70 required service. This service cent was courteous, professional, and friendly. The waiting area was not up to par with other Genesis service centers that I service. This service cent was courteous, professional, and friendly. Genesis of Kansas City is the most professional, competent, reliable and trustworthy dealership I can imagine. I will have to admit that I was a difficult customer for them, because I not only bough competent, reliable and trustworthy dealership I can imagine. I will have to admit that I was a difficult customer for them, because I not only bought a cpo vehicle from them but also sold it back to them within the 3-day window. The car was excellent and in fantastic shape, but I changed my mind for reasons I won’t go into here. Mustapha, Del, Cecil, Nikki, and especially Les were an absolute pleasure to deal with, entirely professional, organizing the sale, documents, and transport to perfection.
