The staff went well beyond our expectations ! There were a few small bumps along the way but they addressed all of our concerns to our full satisfaction. I honestly have never encountered a dealership that communicated with us consistently, even after hours. We bought our vehicle and reside on the east coast. We will absolutely go back to them when we need another vehicle. Chris from sales was incredible. Called us often and sent many photos of the vehicle and upgrades. Kevin Sander helped iron out some issues and was very accommodating. Finally, Blake was very helpful in selecting certain parts and upgrades and kept us in the loop in terms of completion of the work. We were very satisfied with the price of the vehicle overall. Honestly, we would never have a comparable experience dealing with local dealers here. Thank you for everything! You truly are the best.

Dealership was ready for me at the appointment time. They performed the oil change and tire rotation in an appropriate time. I was a little disappointed that they didn't talk to me about the oil weight they used as all the half ton GMC trucks were recalled because of the fact that they were using that light weight oil and engines were going bad. Mine truck is a half ton dielsel and they are using the same weight oil as the gas trucks. I sure hope nothing happens to my engine. We really like our GMC diesel truck.
