I purchased a 2026 Honda Passport in early January of 2026 so that I had reliable transportation to help with my sister who had Stage 4 cancer. She was at end of life and I was making several trips out of town to be with her. One of these trips, I preparing to leave and my passport was throwing several codes. I was quite upset as things were not looking good and this was the last thing I needed. I drove straight to the Sharp Honda dealership and they immediately within 5 minutes gave me a brand new loner vehicle. They assured me they would get the problem figured out while I was gone and to not worry about how long I would be gone. They even paid for my tolls. I can't even thank them enough for their compassion. They ordered a part and had my car ready for me when I returned. We are in NM and having dealt with the dealership in the past and Dan Penner I wanted to buy from people I trust. The whole process was seamless and easy from great pictures online to see the vehicle, to Dan being upfront about cost and terms, to Derek in finance, who was never pushy but friendly and informative. The vehicle was delivered much sooner than we anticipated in perfect condition right to our home. Long McArthur will be our dealer for purchases for as long they are around!

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them (the first was a 2017 Kia Sportage back in 2020) And this time I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my Kia, which made the process feel straightforward and stress-free. The staff is always great to work with, and they were quick and easy to address and fix a few small issues we noticed with the truck. A big shoutout to Anthony Reutlinger, who worked with me for about a month before I ever stepped foot back on the lot. Since I live about 45 minutes away, he made sure to make the process as easy as possible and minimize unnecessary travel. He consistently sent me options, stayed in touch, and ultimately helped his team find the right truck for exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported through the whole process. Luxury & Imports has earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time for another vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Are car need extensive work done and it was not going to be an easy task to get done but Hunter Cook, was excellent to work with and got us right in at the end of the day and took care of us during the process of getting are car fixed and always kept us informed. He knew what he was doing and I feel he went above and beyond his job to help us out. Chris Gallagher the Service Manager was excellent getting us in on a short notice as well. Nathan the mechanic did a fantastic job and completed the task way above what was expected. All Mercedes-Benz staff are excellent to work with and do a fantastic job.
