You're typical dealership setup with sales guys in the front and then finance guys in the back. We ended up getting the PermaPlate protection for around 1200 or so, but honestly it was not worth the money. The quality of the application was definitely poor.

I was very comfortable every step of the way. This is my first time buying a Honda.
