The service agent that assisted me was very helpful and kept me in the loop to the best of her abilities. She made me aware of rebates, future service needs, what was done to my vehicle. She was polite, pa kept me in the loop to the best of her abilities. She made me aware of rebates, future service needs, what was done to my vehicle. She was polite, paid attention to my questions and someone I would want in my business in a customer facing capacity. The program for giving rides to and from dealership needs work. Perhaps think along the lines of a dedicated dispatcher who communicates with the technicians servicing the vehicle and the customer. My vehicle was with the service department for 31 consecutive hours. More
