After speaking with Austin Polycn on 03/16/2026, at 1:05 pm, he stated that they are not willing to make repairs on my vehicle or substitute it out. However, I could come in and purchase another vehicle. It's sad that a dealership of this magnitude is not willing to take ownership of their negligence. They have been servicing my vehicle since February 24, 2017 (59 visits), and no one noticed that my rear sub frame was rotting out!!! AGAIN, THIS IS NEGLIGENCE AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!
