My qx50 was serviced here and the waiting room was extremely crowded. I never received any updates on the vehicle I had to call to find out what the status was the next day. There was a hiccup in fin extremely crowded. I never received any updates on the vehicle I had to call to find out what the status was the next day. There was a hiccup in finding my key.. The car was half cleaned after the repairs were done then I was given my keys to go get my car out of the lot myself when they use to pull your car around to the front for you…This is not the Infinity dealership that I’m used to. No luxury treatment any longer Very disappointed.. I will be looking for another location that isn’t so crowded and overwhelming. More

Our vehicle has been in multiple times now. Last time I wa informed the check engine light was coming on from a bad battery. Installed new battery, well check engine is on again. This is a new Last time I wa informed the check engine light was coming on from a bad battery. Installed new battery, well check engine is on again. This is a new issue caused by the Infinity mechanic who replaced a timing seal-the timing is off and causing the co rack engine light. Maybe someday you will fix the car correctly and not cause additional repairs. Now, we have to bring the car back once again. More

There was lack of communication regarding my warranty. I wasn’t informed prior to my visit nor before service was done that I would have to pay out of pocket and wait 2-4 weeks for a reimbursement through I wasn’t informed prior to my visit nor before service was done that I would have to pay out of pocket and wait 2-4 weeks for a reimbursement through my warranty. I contacted the service department numerous times after my visit to get an update on my reimbursement and heard nothing back. I’ve been there several times within the past 4 years and never had this issue. More

My 2025 QX80 was in for routine oil change yesterday. Michael was incredibly courteous and helpful. He pointed out a number of other routine items which were quickly addressed and I left with a clean Michael was incredibly courteous and helpful.
