Huge thanks to my salesperson, Habeeb Ibrahim, who was incredibly friendly and patient. He addressed all my questions and worked hard during negotiations to make sure I drove home in a new car. Juan, the sales manager, was also fantastic and very fair when it came to negotiating my trade-in price. The whole team made the process seamless and stress-free. I’m looking forward to coming back for service and my future Toyota purchases. Highly recommend asking for Habeeb! More

Ariana was a great communicator, but the rest of the crew the techs were horrible leaving my engine uncovered 3 times. Second tech give me a different diagnostic then the 1st one . Left my. Car one more night because my engine cover was not put on . Manager did not tell anyone, I’m assuming becouse I never got a call back or email about my can been ready , when to the dealer to check on my car because by phone every one was busy to answer and my car was in the parking lot , they assume my car was ready to go but , guess what ? the engine cover was not on . Who should I trust if you guys are not trusted . More

I am very dissatisfied with the service. My vehicle was the subject of a NHTSA recall regarding Combination Meter. Victory had the vehicle for 4 months (Nov 26, 2025). I was told the replace My vehicle was the subject of a NHTSA recall regarding Combination Meter. Victory had the vehicle for 4 months (Nov 26, 2025). I was told the replacement meter and upgrade was not available and that I would have to wait until March 1st, 2026. On March 3, I was informed by Victory that the order was canceled by Toyota. I called Toyota Engagement Center on March 9 and explained the circumstances regarding my vehicle. The Engagement Center contacted Victory that day while I was on the phone and the Engagement Center gave me a reference # 260309000551 regarding my vehicle. On March 10th Victory contacted me and said the part was ordered, but wouldn't be in until April 16th. On March 16th, I was contacted by Victory that the part came in, installed in the vehicle, the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I find it a bit disconcerting that by contacting Toyota's Engagement Center, within a week, the part was obtained, installed and the vehicle returned to me. Why couldn't Victory's service department have done the same as the Engagement Center? Very disappointing. More

I wanted to get the trade in value first then move to the rest of the process if the trade-in val They were transparent in their process and pricing. I wanted to get the trade in value first then move to the rest of the process if the trade-in value was within the ballpark of what I expected. Habeeb delivered and provided clarification to me every step of the way. I really appreciate the transparency at this dealership and how Habeeb executed this sale. It's rare to find a dealership that operates transparently. I was able to purchase a 4Runner Trailhunter (a rarity as of now) without a markup! I also appreciate the fact that Habeed was able to go through the whole process with respect and helped me understand the process, including finance questions I had. I was also impressed how quickly the finance guy went through the whole process. The finance guy was also respectful and understood when I declined buying additional products. Yes, I'll recommend them to my friends and I can see myself coming back for servicing b/c they executed this process with transparency and respect. A rarity for car dealerships. More
