Rob Snipe was my service advisor, and he was extremely professional and courteous in addressing all of my concerns and issues. I would highly recommend asking for Rob when bringing your vehicle into the d professional and courteous in addressing all of my concerns and issues. I would highly recommend asking for Rob when bringing your vehicle into the dealership for service. I’m not saying the other advisors aren’t just as good, but I can personally say Rob is the real deal and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. When unexpected repairs were needed on my truck, the dealership even provided me with a courtesy ride to and from work, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the customer service was excellent.
