I dropped my car for service and was looking to possibly upgrade my current x5, which I love. I was looking to keep my payment around the same as I have now, which would mean I needed to look for a used one upgrade my current x5, which I love. They were so extremely pushy on a new car sale and very reluctant to work on reasonable numbers for used car. Low balled my trade in to the point I laughed out loud and asked for my keys back immediately. Not to mention, the salesman I worked with (Isaac) was extremely unprofessional. He was touchy feely, made inappropriate sexual comments, and then had the audacity to ask me out at the very end. I understand that dealerships are very male dominated fields, but women should be able to go by themselves to shop without being sexually harassed or treated with respect. This is a higher end dealership.. you guys need to do better. More
