The dealership was nice the staff helpful. I communicated to the staff taking the car in Deon who helped me also. Please don’t let the drivers side window down it won’t go back up. When my car I communicated to the staff taking the car in Deon who helped me also. Please don’t let the drivers side window down it won’t go back up. When my car was returned they let the window down. Deon told me they couldn’t get it back up his technician is xxxxxx now he has to pay him and quoted me $1800 to repair the driver side window regulator. I had to accept the vehicle with the window down after repeatedly asking everyone not to let it down. Now my vehicle has been rained in and bugs everywhere and is at risk of being stolen or broken in to. I won’t go back and won’t recommend anyone else. In addition this has left me u. A horrible predicament. More

I went for an oil change, which was completed. My concern is that the service technicians found multiple issues with my vehicle now that my vehicle is no longer under warranty. My vehicle has o My concern is that the service technicians found multiple issues with my vehicle now that my vehicle is no longer under warranty. My vehicle has only been serviced by this dealership for all work including scheduled routine maintenance. Not once during any of these visits was it brought to my attention that I may have an upcoming issue until my most recent visit Friday. I want to be clear that Dion was very helpful, but I have an issue with being told I have a critical service need now that my vehicle is likely no longer covered by my certified pre-owned warranty. This is a less than optimal experience and will impact my decision on future vehicle purchases. More

The BMW Dealer has gotten away from washing customers cars after service. They have also gotten away from checking and replacing the battery on the key fob.
