He kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stood out was that I never felt pressured or brushed off — which can sometimes happen at dealerships. Richard genuinely made me feel like my time and concerns mattered. The level of communication and customer care was top-notch. Richard was clear and upfront about pricing for service which is appreciated. The long line to get in was confusing because I didn’t know at first to just leave my car outside to go inside to check in. A s which is appreciated. I purchased my X5 new in 2001 from this dealership (previous owners.) I have continued to bring it in because I have received superior service. Mr. Pool has always treated me with kindness and respec (previous owners.) I have continued to bring it in because I have received superior service. Mr. Pool has always treated me with kindness and respect. Every person with whom I have interacted has been pleasant and competent. I don’t remember all the names but rest assured if I had been mistreated or made to feel uncomfortable, I would speak up.
