Excellent service! They thought that there was an issue! But upon further investigation there wasn’t! And if there was an issue it would not have cost me a dime as the part was under warranty! I needed a little good news! This is the very reason that I take my Jeep to the dealership for any concerns or issues. They still have actual customer service skills! Never had an issue with it might be this or it might be that! What the cost will be is what it will be to the nickel. I simply would never trust another dealership.. from the service team to the sales team! I have never been pressured to buy a new Jeep .. I want one! For sure! But they are respectful of my financial situation.. I have actually had several conversations with Ian Lott, I believe he is the manager of the dealership and we have never had a conversation that I felt like he cared about selling me a new Jeep! But rest assured, when I am ready I will buy my next Jeep from Uftring! Being treated like the most important customer of the day is important! Being welcomed is important! Trust is important! Thank you for being certain that i am as safe as I can be in my Jeep Grand Cherokee regardless of what year it is!
