My rep, Jose Serrano, was pleasant to work with. I am very happy with my new vehicle! This is the fourth time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealer. My only complaint is that I noticed a scratch in the paint on the fuel door and I had asked for that to be taken care of. I had mentioned it several times. Today was the first day I bought fuel and I see that the scratch is still there. My ask is that they make sure to follow through with the customer’s request before they leave the lot.

I had a great experience with my semi-annual oil change for my Subaru. My Subaru advisor Ryan Rogers put me at ease with my concerns for my brakes and catalytic converter. I was able to look at other Subaru vehicles while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and talk to a dealer there. Ryan and the dealer also advised me about electric versus hybrid cars and the types of service they may need if I decided to get one as the gas prices are so high and continue to climb. After initial inspection by the mechanic, Ryan showed me a helpful video why it was necessary to have additional work other than my oil change. The waiting area is clean and has good snacks. Only suggestion is to have closed captioning on the television since they have the sound off to not bother people while they wait.

I was searching online for a vehicle to purchase & handling communications via email, the Autobarn Mazda of Evanston was very attentive to my emails. Jason Harris was quick to respond & provided information I requested. Feel like we could've made a deal, but some of the communication towards the end was not timely and I did make an early offer that was denied but then the vehicle was later listed at the price I offered. In the end, it was meant to be though, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. In the end, the response to my emails & quality of information provided was impressive and I would recommend anyone interested in a vehicle at their dealership to at least reach out & start communication.

I really appreciate everything that Britney did for me, especially when I followed up on the recall being closed. Britney did some additional investigation to find out what steps I might need to take when the rear camera issue happens again in the future. I also worked with Jennifer (wonderful service!!) in order to have the air filter replaced and a directional bulb on the front end replaced. My only request is when a customer asks to please replace a filter - do it. I had to bring my vehicle back in May to have the filter replaced that I had requested at my prior visit in late Feb/early March. Ford Expeditions are known for not having enough oxygen coming through which causes acceleration issues. I knew my filter, while it looked clean, was gummed up from very fine gravel dust. I should not need to argue with someone to replace a filter that I am more than willing to pay for.
