I have a 2024 Hyundai Palisade with 29k miles that I purchased brand new and I added the "Wheel And Tire Protection Plan" On for 5 years for an extra couple thousand dollars. I have complementary oil changes until 36k miles. I have NEVER taken my vehicle to an outside party for ANY SERVICE. WHY WOULD I WHEN EVERYTHING IS COVERED FOR FREE??? Now that there is a problem with the tire sensor they're saying "Sorry, but you have aftermarket sensors... We don't cover that." WHY WOULD ANYTHING ON MY VEHICLE BE AFTERMARKET??? I purchased the vehicle from FAMILY HYUNDAI and FAMILY HYUNDAI has done ALL OF MY SERVICES. Why would I take it to any other tire shop in the world when I paid thousands to be covered at their store? ZERO DEDUCTABLE. Make that make sense? I love Hyundai as a brand but this store is not the one for your business. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. More
