I had a 7:00 AM service appointment. Within 30 minutes of arrival, I was told my vehicle would be serviced. I was provided a loaner vehicle and informed that someone would contact me that afternoon with findings on my vehicle. At 1:00 PM, having received no contact, I called the dealership for a status update. I was told by the service team that my service specialist had been paged but could not be found. At 2:00 PM, I returned to the dealership to return the loaner and inquire about my vehicle. A service team member informed me that no one had looked at the vehicle yet. When I noted that seven hours had passed since my appointment, the service team member stated that appointments were backed up and that someone would contact me at some point. When I dropped the vehicle off, I activated valet mode. After seven hours, the vehicle had been moved a total of 400 feet. Three days after the appointment, following an interaction with the dealership’s AI assistant regarding my visit, a service manager called to ask why I had rated the dealership zero out of ten. When I detailed my experience, the manager stated that I never had an appointment and what he had been told did not align with my account. Essentially eluding to me lying. At multiple points during the conversation, I had to ask the manager to stop interrupting me and dismissing my account before I could finish explaining my experience. The resolution provided from the manager was that he would “look into it.” More
