I called and was able to make an appointment the same week for my oil change. They also rotated my tires and washed my Jeep. Jeff was professional and polite. 0 Zero stars! 3 trips into Lockport Bettenhausen CDJR for same issue. 2024 Grand Cherokee either doesn’t start or DOES NOT SHUT OFF. It doesn’t recognize the fobs. 3 trips into Lockport Bettenhausen CDJR for same issue. 2024 Grand Cherokee either doesn’t start or DOES NOT SHUT OFF. It doesn’t recognize the fobs. The second occurrence-no tow truck showed after 3 hours from the Stellantis roadside assistance. The car would not shut off, so I removed the battery cable, reinstalled it and drove it to the dealership the next morning. Dealership admitted had so many issues that they don’t have an available loaner car. They shuttled me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, in which I needed to present my own credit card for taxes & tolls only. Several days go by and Lockport Bentenhausen called me to say they cannot fix the fully warranted vehicle & that they were instructed from Stellantis to return the vehicles back to the owners as-is without a solution of a widely known problem!!! (just google it to verify)and that I needed to return the loaner asap. Well, asap had to be until my next day off because I could not afford to not show up for my job as a primary key holder. After several in person and phone conversations with service advisor Joey Robson he denied the charges from the enterprise Rent-A-Car company saying that I didn’t return the car in time. Well ASAP is what I certainly did. I returned the car as soon as possible. It was only because they didn’t have a loaner vehicle per the warranty coverage that I was shuttled to enterprise rental car to begin with . Now I am being charged over $350.00 for a car that was fully warranty under the Lockport Bettenhausen and Stellantis warranty since it’s a 2024 with only 17,000 miles! Several months ago, Joey had me send the enterprise bill to him and his service director Huver Franco and I’ve not received a response to that email. The 3rd occurrence happened a few weeks ago, but this time the tow truck arrived, and guess what? no loaner vehicles were available due to the heavy amount of issues. When I brought up the still existing Enterprise rental bill not reimbursed again to Joey Robson & that I’ve not received a response from the bill he had me sent to him & Huber Franco I refused to leave without a loaner so another customer had just pulled in and dropped off a wrangler which they just said here take this one!! didn’t even clean all the dog hair and mud from the person who just returned it.Please help!! More
