Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Unfortunately when I bought my car not even 2 months ago it was said to be under warranty for 3 months. It also was said that it was a certified car and thoroughly inspected. 6 weeks after after having, it was said to be under warranty for 3 months. It also was said that it was a certified car and thoroughly inspected. 6 weeks after after having, both catalytic converters need to be replaced at $4000. Your dealership was not willing to help out. 2 mechanics have looked at it since and both said that there is no way if the car was certified, that they would not have known this. I went to Bettenhausen. EvUse I was hoping that I could avoid a situation like this by buying an older car. I have already had people ask me about it and have been thankful because they won't be going there to buy a car now. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation which went good and quick. I did also bring in my car to have it diagnosed because after i had to change out the battery because it died a bunch of w which went good and quick. I did also bring in my car to have it diagnosed because after i had to change out the battery because it died a bunch of warning lights came on for some of the electronics. When i was called to be told what was found on the diagnostic tests they performed i was told two sensors would need to be replaced and my 4wd clutch. Before i brought my car in i knew a little bit about the sensors since those were the main things i saw on my dashboard and was able to pull up in the computer when i brought the car to an auto parts store to check. When i asked what was wrong with these items specifically the clutch because my car never had any issues before the battery died the only thing the rep could say was it all needed to be replaced and they don't know what's actually wrong with these items. For the amount they quoted me on to replace these items and the reason i brought my car in i kind of expect a better explanation than "I don't know". This seemed very sketchy to me since the car has never had any mechanical issues since i've owned the car but now that i brought in the car to have looked at for a few electrical things that just might have needed to be reset i'm being told I now have a mechanical along side these items. Since getting my car back and having a sensor replaced it has run good and all notifications have gone away. I would suggest anyone that brings in their car to have diagnosed not just here anywhere to ask what's actually wrong with that specfic item. More
