I had a great semi-annual experience for an oil change. Subaru advisor Ryan put me at ease with my concerns for my vehicle's brakes and catalytic converter with clear explanations. Also addressed my concerns about electric and hybrid cars. The waiting areas are clean and stocked with good snacks. Only suggestion is to have closed captioning on the tv if there is no sound to not bother people.

He went above and beyond for my family and me by securing an amazing, fair deal on my pickup truck trade-in and taking the time to show me multiple upgraded vehicles. Even though I wasn’t able to make a purchase today, Chris provided expert advice and helped me develop a personalized plan; I truly feel like he will not rest until I am in my new dream truck. His communication is top-notch, as he stayed in touch at all times of the day to keep me updated. 5 years ago I was not a happy client concerning my service. As of May 4th my last visit, what a difference in attitude, service, communication and follow up. Anna was amazing and the staff at the service counter, cashier, porter etc were exceptional. I've had service at other local dealers and they could take a lesson from Ford of Homewood. Well done !!!

Everyone that we worked with was so kind and helpful. We had dropped off our 2006 Hummer for the service department.on Sunday and looked at some new vehicles. We currently were driving a 2023 Acadia, and we looked at a few 2026 vehicles, Made a call to the dealership, talked with Nate Smith and test drove a few vehicles and they worked up a "Trade-In" for our Acadia. I drove the 2026 Enclave home and my husband brought it back that afternoon. We ended up making the deal and purchasing the 2026 Enclave. The customer service was great! We have been long time customers with Velde and had the same great experience!
