We had a pretty good experience at Patriot Hyundai. Our salesman, Riley, did a good job, but he was young and he will continue to get better over time. We had a short interaction with a manager and he was great and very helpful. We feel we got a fair price for the car. Unfortunately, our experience with the finance person, Daniel, was not good. After we declined extra warrenties, he then became short and rude with us. It was uncomfortable sitting in his office, but we couldn't just leave since this was the car we wanted to purchase. We went to the dealer already knowing we wanted to purchase the vehicle and the process still took 2 1/2 hours. More
