Car battery died. Called Hawk Ford Carol Stream and they set me up with a tow. Battery replaced and car delivered back the next day. Was informed of the status of the replacement continuously through the process. I never had to leave my house. Many dealerships get a bad rap for their service department, but not for this one. Been a customer since 2015 and will use them as long as I own a car. Thanx to the team.

This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300.
